You may return merchandise purchased at KarlMenzies.com only if it meets the guidelines below. Not all products are returnable, so if you would like to return any item, please call us at 224-5415 during business hours.
Guidelines
Returns should be brought or shipped to Karl H Menzies in Belize City. All returns must be made in original condition. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We offer merchandise exchanges or store credit only. Learn more about how to return an online purchase below.
5-Day Return Period
Errors in shipment must be reported within five (5) days of ship date or order will be considered correct. If we shipped an item in incorrect type or quantity, please contact us at 224-5415 during regular office hours.
Damage During Shipping
Karl H Menzies is not responsible for damage to goods shipped via independent freight carrier, or for goods transported by purchaser. Please check with independent freight carriers for their policies regarding responsibility for damage if you have any questions.
Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:

Custom-mixed paint.

Items that are used, or in the case of beverages, items that have been unsealed or chilled.

Karl H Menzies gift certificates.

Any merchandise being returned must be unused and in original packaging.
Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee will be charged on items in torn or otherwise damaged packaging. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item we will either exchange it or you will receive a credit which can be used either in-store or online. If you wish to make sure the store has an item in stock, call 224-5415 during regular office hours.
Promotional Items
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund or credit amount.
