This superb Australian shiraz is a unique blend carefully crafted from grapes grown in Angove’s vineyards located in premium regions throughout South Australia. The cooler regions provide chocolate, spice and black currant flavours, perfectly balanced by the fruit from warmer vineyards, which give a powerful boost of ripe plums and red berries and result in a complex, full
bodied wine. Soft, silky tannins and vanillin flavours are evident from time spent with oak maturation. This wine will benefit from up to 5 years careful cellaring.

This unique Syrah has an intense purple red colour. Blackberry and vanilla aromas are enhanced by sweet spicy notes and well
integrated with the toasted oak character of the barrel. On the palate, this full bodied wine has a velvety texture and soft tannins. Ripe fruit and chocolate flavours come forward on the palate, and the ripe tannins provide a lingering finish.
